Aimee and I will be playing a handful of cover songs and a few originals. We’re slowly working towards organizing a new project and this evening will be the first gig of many. I’m looking forward to it muchly. As Aimee said “YEE HAW! It’s gonna be a fine night of grinnin’, pickin’, and a wee bit o’ drinkin’.”

I just wanted to let you all know I’ve posted some new songs on my myspace, they make me happy and I wanted to share them with you!

Aimee and I recorded them with Mitch Girio at the Slaughter House a week or two back. I’ve been saving up for a new CD and been laying low over the winter, I haven’t put out anything new since my EP and thought it was time to get something out there. To let you all know that I’m still alive and give you a taste of what I’ve been up too!

New gig listings, yay!

laying low for a little while, going to write some new songs and try to save up some cash for a new recording…. I currently have only one gig planned in Nov and am considering booking one for Dec. but other than that this might be my last show until after the new year.

I’ve made a couple more changes to the website, I’m working slowly ’cause I’m learning while I go. I’ve updated the photo page and I have intentions of creating a whole new section for my photography & artsy endeavors, so stay tuned!

The show and the trip out to Winnipeg was great . Thank you so much to Candor Books, Serena Postel and of course everyone who came out…

I played a showcase at Graffiti’s this past week for Toronto based songwriters’ collective, Songwriters Unite!. It was a great evening. Good crowd, good musicians, all around good vibe. I would definately love to do it again sometime… and it’s an eve that I recommend you check out whether I’m playing or not . You can check them out at their monthly show on the first Friday of each month @ Graffiti’s. AND you can check out my page on the Songwriters Unite! website here.

I had my last show at Mitzi’s Sister recorded, so hopefully I’ll have a few new tracks ready to go in the coming weeks. I might though together a little live EP or I might just post them on the ol myspace, I have yet to decide!
